Registered in 2004 with the Charity Commission in the UK, Himalayan Learning is a fully regulated international non-profit making organisation.

Himalayan Learning began its path to formal recogniation in 2003 when it was recognised as a charity by the Officer of the Stamps from the Inland Revenue, UK.

Completing formal Deeds of Trust in late 2003, Himalayan Learning submitted it's application for registration by the Charity Commission and was accepted in early 2004 following some amendments.

Since then Himalayan Learning has been recognised by the Inland Revenue in late 2004, and has been allowed to make claims for tax reinbursment.
